Warung Kopi Leq — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Salam. The food is good but the service from the staff is worst. The staff should respond politely when i suggest to them to use simple code when ordering menu. In my case, customer needs to write the food’s name (NASI GORENG CRISPY CHICKEN BUTTER) instead of NG01,NG02,NG03..other restaurant use this way to make it easier to customer to write down what they want to eat. So i suggest to them to use simple code instead of full food name. But the way they respond makes me dissappointed. They wrote down “PAKAI KOD MELAMBATKAN STAFF UTK KEYIN”.. as a business people, u should tell your staff to respons politely. They should not write down their respond at that paper,they should come to us and say “ok i will take this opinion and tell the upper management”. Thats how a business works. Nice village vibe (old school warung kopi feeling), clean & spacious. There are 2 separate seating area. Ample parking space too. Price is reasonable. Coffee was gooooddd 🤎 & food taste depending on your tongue. To me, it can satisfy my foodie tongue hehe 😜 The Wak Leq Classic Coffee tastes so good ☕ They have Kids Platter too that came with Ice choco + chic carbonara + 3 pcs of nuggets + fruit pudding 🍮..very lovely 😍 I've tried the black Russian cake 🍰 & really love the dark choc taste.. don't worry, they have more selection to cater your craving 🤤 I definitely will bring my hungry tummy again in the future. 🥰👍🏻 There are so many more foods that I would like to try. I came here at 4:00 PM on a Friday, based on the opening hours stated online. However, when I arrived, a lady staff told me the place was not open yet and come later. There was no offer to let me sit while they prepared, no warm welcome, nothing — just told to wait.

This is not how you run a business, especially when customers have made the effort to come during the stated opening time. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, I didn’t even get the chance to taste the food because the staff’s attitude already left a bad experience.
