Regent Restaurant — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

My recent visit to Regent Restaurant left me somewhat dissatisfied, which is why I think it's important to give you, my feedback. Although I appreciate the ambiance and service at Regent Restaurant, I found a few aspects of my dining experience to be less than satisfactory.

1: Food Portion and Price: I noticed that the portion sizes of the dishes I ordered small and the prices is higher, as a customer, I value a fair balance between portion size and pricing.

2: Taste: The dishes had a milder taste than I expected. I have always appreciated the rich and flavourful cuisine at Regent Restaurant, but the Flavors seemed less and the taste was somewhat flat and uninspired.

3: Beverages and Snacks: I also noticed that the prices of beverages and snacks, such as longan, tea drinks and nuts, were relatively high compared to other dining establishments in the area. This made the overall cost of my dining experience higher than I had anticipated.

I want to emphasize that my intention in providing this feedback is not to criticize but to offer constructive input from a customer who genuinely appreciates what Regent Restaurant has to offer. I believe that open communication can contribute to improvement and maintaining...

BAD EXPERIENCED I GOT! Is not a good choice, I went here for my sister's wedding dinner, the place is not so nicely decorated and the food are not really nice. The important thing is the food is NOT CLEAN. At first I saw legs of cockroach in the food, then I was thiking OK la cincai... But at last I saw the whole baby cockroach on the dessert itself OMG... What I heard is this restaurant already service for years kinda historical and quite famous, but why? Not only my case, other one was one of the guest got a cigarette filter in the shark fin soup while having the soup halfway... How can we accept all these, and is not cheap for a table set. Bad service - Waitress are very blur and giving uncertain answers or 'I don't know' upon asking why the plates are dirty and why the last dish has not been served yet Poor hygiene - The plates have a lot of dirt and dust (visible black spots), toilets are dirty toilet bowls are clogged with toilet paper and brownish stain, dead cockcroah left on the toilet floor Bad environment - Aircond are not strong and we were dining in a stuffy environment.
