banyak banyak tealive yang ada dkt port dickson ni, pekerja tealive ni paling biadap dgn customer. AND THATS WHY I SANGGUP beli tealive dkt shell ataupun dkt petronas batu 4 tu. I do understand if sometimes they r being rude coz maybe they r tired but then, ive received rude services from the workers there each time i went there. Even all of my friends pon ckp pekerja tealive pd mmg kurang ajar. And just now my dad pegi beli tealive tu and asked for plastic but then they ignored (this is not the first tine they ignored customers and ive received the same treatment countless times) my dad. I REALLY HOPE THE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT CAN LOOK INTO...

I know they tired because it 6 p.m already, but please don't raise your voice to customer. Cakap kuat takpe, tapi jangan sampai rude. I went there and the cashier was so rude ya. I asked her about the mco offer but not clear about it. If you customer don't understand, explain to them nicely. Also, please make sure you have enough balance. Ada duit pecah siap siap. Don't expect customer will bring exactly cash to pay. I gave rm50 and she asked me to give her duit kecik???? Luckily, I had the tng e wallet and I had to top up my tng that time!! But what will happen if other customer only have rm50 and dont...

The staff here clearly have zero manners, rude, dismissive, and full of attitude. If you can’t even be polite, maybe you shouldn’t be working in customer service. There are plenty of people out there who actually want a job and would be grateful to have the opportunity. Maybe it’s time management replaced those who can’t do the bare minimum or atleast train your staff properly !
