Toast House Kitchen — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Disappointed with the menu. First of all, I'm not trying to be a 'Karen' but this morning, my friend ordered Signature Cheese Spaetzle (a set dish). The menu only show the cheese variety and we even double confirmed whether there is meat or not (my friend is allergy to chicken and shrimp) but we got a reply saying there is no meat and only cheese in it after the waitress double check with her other colleague. However, when the dish is served and few bites later, we found out that there's shrimp inside. We don't want to bother the waitress to change our meal because the place was so full and busy. So my friend took another bite to avoid wastage and remove the shrimp by herself (plus she's introverted she don't dare to ask people to just change her meal although she already have breathing difficulty ), so we quickly finish eating and pay for our meal. When my friend pay the food, my friend politely pointed out about the issues, (note that she didn't ask for discount or free food nor she was mad at them) and asked to improve the menu, adding in the shrimp or whatever you guys are not stating in. The cashier then have the AUDACITY to blame us back for not returning the dish. Like...she ate a few bites already. What's the point of returning it? The allergy won't just go the f away when she ate a different dish. After that, we saw two of them whispering in front of the counter looking at our table. Truly disappointed. This is our first time eating here. I've seen a lot of complainS on your customer service, you need to improve and train them better. I hope this will not happen to another people. Don't judge a book by its cover.....and its name!

What a menu! Besides selling an assortment of breads and buns and an assortment of delightful pastesteris, pies and dessert there is a menu. A menu, a dine in ala carte mouth watering menu worth perusing and ordering from. The chef/ owner seems to be hiding behind a facade of humbleness by naming this bright, warm, toasty and cosy cafe "Toast House Kitchen"

The fresh baked breads and buns available is very varied and will certainly meet the requirements of both fruity health and fitness nuts as well as lovers of tasty scrumptious fatty salty sweet food on dough. Yummy selection of cakes, pastries and desserts will hit the sweet spot in any tummy.

And Le Menu est 👌🏽👍🏽le delicieux, le menu mon amor. Starters, appetisers, mains and desserts and drinks. Small menu list promising big gastromania fulfilment. Carefully curated and thoughtfully introduced to this side of the Seremban map, hats off to the chef/ owner.

And here I was thinking what kinda bread I was going to have for my dinner as I walked in. Toast indeed 😋 more like Cream of carrot soup of the day, tuna salad and smoked salmon Caeser salad with almond apple pie and caramel brulee and an assortment of baked goodies to go.

Disastrous Christmas dining experience! Horrible, horrible, dang horrible! Ordered 2 drinks and a snack plate wings. The chicken wing smelled unfresh and smelly and the wings was raw at 1st notice, notify the waiter and waited for another 15mins to get a plate of refried burnt yet still uncooked (raw) chicken ! Before pay for the bill called the manager to have a look at the raw chicken, and he took it back without a word mentioning anything, no apologies nothing. Paid rm18 for 3 pair of wings and 1 pair uncooked returned. At the counter, no apologies given, no discount, nothing happened. Just don't visit man, they're not ready to take the food order. Tbh, you can't find any cafe that's worse than this one at seremban. Definitely considering to report to KKM for serving the unfresh raw food to customer. Don't get cheated by the close friends nice...
