Woodfire Seremban — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Ive heard about this restaurant since woodfire jb (which i think its one of the earliest branch) and have been wanting to try, so when they finally open one at seremban i was just beyond happy. To my surprise the food was beyond my expectation. I know theyre gonna be good but theyre GOOD! My family and I ordered 3 meals and they are:

Stuffed cheese beef burger. Its amazing, thats all i can say. I dont like pickles but one of the best part of this burger is the pickles and the caramelised onion. This burger definitely leans more towards the sweet side and the flavour overall is well balanced. The savourinesses and the sweetness just compliments this burger so much. Beef bbq burger. My mom ordered this one and i took only one bite so i dont have much to say about it. It tastes like bbq burger of course but really good. The patty is very tender, the burger is big and full and satisfying. Theres an egg also inside. Overall its good. I personally like the stuffed cheese better but thats just my own personal opinion, you might like the bbq one more. Lamb rib platter. My dad ordered this and tbh we were ordering this to just experiment around to see if theyre good or not. The lamb rib is just okay in my opinion as we’ve had better lamb ribs before. But i put credits where its due, the tenderness of the lamb rib is insane! Altho the taste is just okay to me but we all still enjoy it as its soo soft and tender. So effortless to pull out the bone. Theres a fix price set already for you to choose what suits you according to weight of the lamb rib if im not mistaken, so theres definitely variety of prices you can choose from.

Overall very satisfied. The ambience is nice altho i wish the tables were a bit bigger but thats not a big issue. The staffs were super friendly and welcoming. The ambience of the restaurant is super nice. The place is also super nice as in the area. Will definitely go there again to try 1. The brisket burger and 2. Arrived at 7.40 pm. Saw a placard stand stating they’re on prayer break 7.00pm to 7.45pm. But the customers are allowed to wait inside the shop.

Parking was quite difficult. we just parked right next to the shop. Can see the whole parking area is easily and mostly full during the night.

Shop was spacious with lots of seatings. Came up with semi factory theme I’d say. The temperature in the store was warm. Had to find seatings right under the aircond.

Went to order from the menu on their screen. Screen too bright for my eyes. Old ady. Placed order and paid via MAE scan. Can use card too. Indian waitress was nice and very helpful with the recommendations since it was my first time there.

Before us was only a family of three. Got our food under 10 minutes. Food was pre-prepared and warmed when ordered, i guess. Beef brisket was only slightly warm when picked-up. Brisket platter, meat was marinated too long it was too tender. People with no teeth would benefit a lot from it. Chicken platter was too generous with the flavourings sprinkle but the crunch was good. The condiments are all nice to pair with the food. Curly fries were all good. Butter soda was okay and affordable. Minute maid comes with a paper cup with ice. Brisket burger was good with all the grilled onions and pickles.

Toilet was really clean. Sink was operating and not clogged. there’s hand soap. No toilet tissue on sight.

Surau is upstairs. Quite hot there since the kitchen is right below the kitchen. There’s a tap for wudhu. Bring your own telekung and sejadah. There’s toilet upstairs too. Surau floor was sticky not sure why.

There’s pick-up and clean on your own. Did it. Wasn’t that hard and the place to get rid of the trashes are...

Get to know about this place through my FB friend, so have to check it out and today is the day. Staff is super friendly and well trained in hospitality and F&B..very quick to clear table left by customer, but Malaysian still have this bad habit of not clearing up table after they are done, a bit sad about this.

Good location, easy access, and it has a very nice vibe to it, the building suits the kind of business they are offering, spacious, ambience is nice, lighting is good, music at a very easy listening volume, not too loud. They have upstairs seating, so it can easily accomodate up to 50-60 pax I guess.

Now the food, to tell truth, their food is beyond explaination, no words can do justice actually for how good their food is..I ordered Beef Brisket and Beef Gourmet Burger with 1 curly fries..the fries is so good and the sauce coming with it is just so delicious. The patty is so tender and juicy and nicely cooked, wow..you guys just have to try it yourself to know what the taste is like, coz like I said, no words can describe the experience, delicious is an understatement..it is beyond delicious, to me it is amazing and superb..well done guys.
