I recently visited Texas Chicken in Nilai and was incredibly impressed by the service provided by one of their Malay cashiers whose name starts with "Sha." She's been working there for years, and her humility and dedication are truly commendable. Despite our numerous requests, she remained consistently polite and efficient, ensuring we received exactly what we wanted. Her excellent service significantly enhanced our overall dining experience, making it a truly satisfying visit after a long time. The food itself was also delicious. I highly recommend Texas Chicken Nilai for their great food and exceptional staff. One more thing, I request for hot coffee. Texas chicken has always been my favourite place to go whenever I crave fast food. But today it’s not my lucky day. Maybe I’m sensitive but here’s to sum up what happened just now: one girl (cashier) asked us to go to the next counter for fast service. She said that the counter was for card only. We agreed, and when we were about to pay, she just said “oh kad xboleh pakai pulak. Pakai QR maybank jelah. Semua org ada maybank”- okay first of all not everyone has maybank and secondly the poker face she made. Not a single apologies. we requested the pink lychee drink to be topup but one of the male worker simply said “oh bang tu kena bancuh bang”.
