A&W Bandar Baru Nilai — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Family was hungry, I thought waiting 15 mins for the food to arrive was long since the customers at my own restaurant are saying it is long to wait for 15 mins.

But here was a whole new level, waited 15 mins to be attended at the counter to order. Another 20 for food to arrive. And got bloody and bruised chicken pieces.

Went to wash hands, the sink was clogged, and I couldn't even complain as the workers were all tired....I feel bad for the staff, 2 person to maintain the whole place....

I am totally fine with 2 person working, if they can maintain the quality and service, if no, then there is room for improvement!

Not being negative, but being honest and trying to provide a constructive feedback!

Apologise for anything that was offensive or negative, I'm only saying it because I want to see improvement for my next visit as I still remember the good times I had at A&W! It can certainly be better than this because...

Poor poor service. We were the only customer during that time. There's only 1 male staff, he is really polite & trying his best to take our order. Then few more customers came. There's no manager, the other staff didn't seem to care about what happened in the counter. He was struggling to take orders & prepare food. The other female staff was really slow, like slooth level slow. She doesn't seem to care about her male colleague & did her work on her own pace. My waffle was burnt twice, became cold because nobody tend to it while there's other customers complaining too. Really really dissappointing with the mentality of young generations nowadays. This is not A&W's fault, just individual's problems...

Very quite at this hour.( Friday 1420)by 1500 the place was crowded. Attended by zairul with a smile n courtesy.make your order, pay and wait for your number to be call. So don't loose your receipt. bought a kiddie meal, root beers n curly fries..the drinks in the papercup for the kiddie set was half full(some says half empty). Hehe.. Well.. Asked whether if it was supposed to be like that and was given a very Nice GLANCE by the girl.there is no harm or wrong in asking for what you have paid for.. If you wanna give a small/big cup)/glass make sure it is poured till the brim. The loo was dirty and the sink (hand wash...
