Something u guys need to just say YES Philisophy to custoner need, today come to Dapur Mama ECM at 3pm,i do order for to go, they out of Ayam Merah, then i said i paid first later i pick up, then they said not cook yet the ckn, then i said i dont want ayam rempah i really want ayam merah then i give him solution how about i take ayam rempah then u give me some gravy of ayam merah, then the cashier said the management not allowed that, i said i want to spoke to his manager just to ask permition then he said manager no around, Yes i do understand it's just finish lunch time and normally lunch time is pax.. yes i understand but something if u dont have something that customer need to buy so u just can say YES philisophy to customer need to make customer satisfied, it's comensense, or ur manager should do proper planing to project product refer to projected sale, it's impossible if no product to sold when shop still open, before this i been come after jumaat prayer then the shop already open at around 2pm but it's shocked me when they said the chicken all not ready yet, but restaurant already open, me also in F&B Line, i dont like to do any comment but this to make u guys more improved, i'm sorry...

Order by grab. Stupid ignorance. Already state that i dont want thigh or drumstick for my chicken part, still give me drumstick. This not cheap! There's must a reason if i state that i dont want certain part of chicken. Even if u dont have other part except which i state i dont want, just call me and let me know. I can wait or i can change to other dish. This is ridiculous. Call the restaurant and get stupid answer! Other restaurants will let me know if there any change for my order or they cannot...

Orderinf food is standard time but waiting for the food at counter is just painfully slow. The workers were just don't care... slow and steady mode... The Beef is tender but partial of the meat mixed with tendon(urat) and so difficult to bite. Chicken is very ordinary and nothing special. I should ask to separate the beef and sauce from the rice so that rice would not be so oily to eat. It should be kinda fast food restaurant but a bit let down with the service. Food quality is...
