I don't know about this branch but here's my experience with the teluk sisek branch
The audacity of one of the workers, or probably the owner, telling me ‘Kenapa kalau sejuk tak boleh makan ke?’ or in English translation, it means' Can’t you eat it even if it's cold?’ made me think a lot about humility, as well as the warmth of warm cinnamon rolls. I’m from Putrajaya and was playing tourist around Kuantan. The main reason I visited Kantin & Co was the hype of its cinnamon rolls. I am a cinnamon roll lover and I have tried many cinnamon rolls before. My brother and I even baked them and sold them. So I went there and ordered a takeaway. I was very excited when I received the cinnamon rolls, so I took a look at them and decided to eat them inside the car while my husband was driving. But unfortunately, it was served without the cream cheese and was served cold by Kantin & Co., which disappointed me. So I called them via phone for complaints and feedback (and a woman answered). I told her the cinnamon rolls were served cold and there was no cream cheese. The way she answered was really cold, rude, and arrogant. She said, "Oh kenapa sejuk tak boleh makan ke?" (In English: "Can’t you eat it even if it's cold?") Woah. The attitude and language were really unexpected from me. She said, "Mungkin masa nak bwk dari dapur ke depan tu dah sejuk." (In English: "It probably went cold while it was carried from the kitchen to the front desk.”) First and foremost, I’m not stupid. Secondly, your explanation really deviates from the theory of science and logic. Where on earth is your kitchen located? Antlantis? And regarding the absence of cream cheese, her explanation was, "Oh, different places, different people, different ways of preparing it." Well, you have a point, but at least deliver your message in a proper manner, and fyi, most people nowadays, especially the ones in the 21st century, serve cinnamon rolls with cream cheese, so please take note. And also, I was told that your version of the original flavour for the cinnamon roll was with powdered sugar on top of it. But there was no powdered sugar. There was only cinnamon on top and nothing for the finishing top, no powdered sugar, nothing powdery and sugary. Plus, serving cinnamon rolls with powdered sugar is indeed a rare thing, but it's okay, I think the ancient ingredients of cinnamon rolls don’t mind celebrating differences. At the end of the conversation, I told them that they could improve, and then the next thing she said was, "Improve on what?!" In a high-toned voice and arrogant way, I never expected this kind of treatment. I think you should learn more from the workers and owner of "homebakeratclover", who also share the same passion in creating cinnamon rolls . Their dough is smooth and always served warm. They are down-to-earth people, always open to feedback and constructive criticism, and show respect by recognising others' roles and contributions. I am indeed extremely disappointed. The practise of humility in the workplace plays a great role, especially in dealing with customers of all kinds of backgrounds. From what I see now, you have a long way to go. I will never encourage anybody to go to this place. Plus, please do add on more payment alternatives. It's...

We came here on a Saturday night. It wasn’t a full house when we came so I didn’t expect the wait to be too long.
Ordered & paid at 7.30pm. Our iced chocolate & warm water arrived at 7:55pm. My kids were already super hungry. At 8pm - asked a staff about our food, she came and said another 15min…… My 6yo was already crying. Kita cepat-cepat siap keluar after swimming because the kids were starving but ended up….a total wait of 45min for our pasta and almost an hour for our fish and chips.
The staffs apologised & said they ran out of cooking gas.
Eventhough I don’t understand how a restaurant could run out of gas on a weekend night, I understand, mistakes happen. But why did it take us asking about our food, baru lah nak inform gas habis etc? So if we did not ask, we would just have to wait for almost an hour?
I saw that a lot of people ordered after us and seems like none was informed that kitchen was having troubles and there would be a long wait. Not everyone has the time to wait a long time for the food. At least have the courtesy to inform of your problem & see whether the customer is ok with it.
The food was okay and although the staffs were mostly polite & apologetic , sadly we had a really bad first experience. Tiramisu was a bit on the creamy side , felt like cream cheese was used while we prefer a lighter mascarpone...
Read moreI can't say that I'm a regular customer but I come here like 1 times every 2-3 month. The last time I'm coming everything was great from the coffee to the environment. Yesterday I'm celebrating my birthday here because it's my favorite cafe , so I put a same expectation but was hit by disappointments. I was ordering the same things as always and how shocked I am to find out it wasn't even close as good as before. Starting with goods, more seat and also cafe looks better (A little hot but didn't bother that much). Now for the bad. The coffee, Last time it was a fatty milky coffee with a slight taste of the syrup, coffee with a balance element, a sip make me close my eyes for how good it is. Yesterday was look same but can't be called coffee anymore, it's like straight up drinking syrup (can be undrinkable). Even force myself to like it but still can't. And for the food, The tartar before has stronger wasabi taste (not like can make someone crying) but now it's less tartar. the fries taste like fried twice, it's on the hard side not on crunch side. I can't believed that this is the same cafe I was coming before, that I even repeat to someone that come with me "This isn't the same anymore". Maybe the cafe have a new worker, idk what's the problem, but GOD please fix that problem. I might consider to try it for the last time to see is it still the same worse coffee or not. Kantin once I know was gone. My disappointment is unimaginable and my day is ruined...
