I will just comment solely based on my overall experience. When we arrived, the whole interior space was fully booked, therefore we can only sit outside. It has so much potential (based on Restaurant concept and menu) BUT the layout of the restaurant is very poor.

Tables were arranged VERY close to one another and there is no proper lighting for customers outside, (yes, you eat in the dark with flashes from a 100th century old lightbulb) Our meal took 35 minutes to arrive. Shellout original gravy is good, but slightly sweet for me.

Came with family of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids). Simple setting. Tasty and a bit spicy. Shell out items were local seafood. Best to call up for reservation of seats. Reasonable price. We added 2 extra portions of rice for the kids and an additional sweet & sour fish. The kids "cleaned up" everything as they were hungry. My friends and I went to this place a few times already. Pre-MCO times. Every time we go there, it'll be packed with people. Manage your time well because if you're not lucky, you have to wait for up to an hour just to get seated. The food here is great.
