2. We waited almost 30 mins for 3 of 4 dishes to be served. By the time we finished eating, our petai masak udang still yet to be served. Called one of the waiters to remind, still the same

3. Food - below average except pulut mangga tasted good

4. Told the cashier that they forgot our dish. He didnt even apologise or make an effort to check

5. Price - was charged RM35 for 1 pulut mangga, 1 medium tomyam ayam, 1 telur dadar, 1 kailan ikan masin, 2 nasi putih and 2 limau panas.

6. Asked for a receipt - he wrote it down on an invoice book. My thought was - this is such a big restaurant, and you cant even get your register to print an itemised bill? Sorry i placed the handwritten invoice on my hotel desk and the cleaner probably has thrown it, it's no where to be found and cant post it here

7. Note to the owner - pls get more cooks. U are definitely under staff in the kitchen. It doesn't look organised, and ur staff didn't take any...

Cons Food taste very bad minus(-) to the max.. worst food I have ever tried and the price was so ridiculously expensive..not worth going for the second time.. nothing much to brag about..I think normal warung served Thai food would taste way much better and equivalent with the price..to be call Sara Thai I think they just glam with the name of Thai..but it's would be worst Thai food in this region..

Pros Service and the stuff are good food arrived early as though it been pre cooked.. a lot of pityfull customers probably first time like myself..

Recomandation: Probably would never recommend to anyone to even come here , where there's a lot of simple warung cooking Thai dishes or even similar cooked Thai food with reasonable price available else where it can be Google..if the Google suggested Sara Thai please...

not serving authentic thai food. Food quality are average and below expection. Tongyam seafood was served in big plastic bowl and tasted normal, very little petai (almost tot they served the wrong dish) for a stir fried prawn petai. Worst part is, they have terrible order system and service. Food were served to those who (few tables around us) came much later than us. Me and my family waited for about an hour and only pineapple sticky rice and plain water were served. after waited for one hour, we asked if food are ready if not we want to leave, then only they said our food is ready to be served. However, we have waited for another half an hour yet my children's pineapple rice and fried eggs are not served. Will not revisit this...
