Lovita Kuantan Hotel — Hotel in Pahang

4 day 3 nights Waters and Aircon is fine, cleanliness are good, no weird smell for my room. House keeping available.

Pros: As a budget hotel, it is a good price to afford in such strategic spot, walking distance to many place to eat, staff are friendly and willing to help me, they react very fast for my bedsheet problem and have very good attitude that makes me feel better, 5⭐for janitor and staff!

Cons: Weak soundproof, I can hear other room open & close door, some of them are slamming due to difficulty closing door, I recommend management do lubricant on door parts (buy WD4D from diy or smthing else).

Stayed here recently and honestly, it’s one of the nicest budget hotels I’ve come across in Kuantan. The room looked exactly like the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, spacious, and just felt comfortable overall. However, the TV was a bit old and there werent many channels. The toilet is a little aged too, but still clean and totally usable, so no complaints there.

Plus, they have covered parking lots inside the hotel building, but its limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis. All in all, I’m really satisfied...

Everytime datang kuantan memang akan check in dekat sini..dah banyak kali..tapi ada sekali baru ni check in selama 2 hari mintak tolong tukarkan bedsheet and then sy keluar makan tengok bedsheet yang sama tapi just diterbalikkan saja..bedsheet kotor..banyak stain..ada kuning..husband sampai gatal2 badan..tolong la management do something..hotel ok dah..location sgt2 strategik..before this ok je sy check in..sy suka sgt..dah mmg banyak kali check in sini..tapi tu la baru kali ni terkena macam ni..tolong ye alert pasal kebersihan bilik..bedsheet terutamanya..takkan kita nak tidur kesan2 org dah check out tu..setiap kali customer check out,tolong alert tukar la bedsheet..bukan harap you just tarik2 bedsheet tu bagi nampak kemas..tapi you tak tukar pn..harap management pandang serius pasal ni ye..sebelum check out sy dah bgtau bhgn pendaftaran..then pihak hotel ada mintak maaf..then sy ok..cuma lepas ni management hotel lagi particular bab2 ni..sy akan datang lg..in...
