Worth A Try

It was Friday afternoon, but I can see local tourists walking around.

How soft is the soya bean curd, can tell by watching the video.

They are also famous for stuffed meat filling into vegetables by using their famous bean curd skin.

There are frozen bean curd meat balls for purchase, so being a cooler bag to store it, and...visit on the day you leave Bentong town, so that the frozen food can be kept in cool.

Self order at the counter, parking by the street. Please pay your parking by using a scratch coupon. The coupon is available opposite the shop that sells local delights.

There is an ice cream shop, shredded ice next to it, we were full and unable...

The tofu fa was incredibly smooth and velvety, with a delicate texture that melted in my mouth. Served with a delectable ginger syrup, it added a delightful touch of sweetness and warmth to the dish.

In fact, I dare say that this tofu fa can easily rival the famous ones found in Ipoh. The quality and craftsmanship put into each serving were evident, making it an absolute delight for tofu fa enthusiasts like myself.

What's more, the pricing is incredibly reasonable, making it even more enticing. For just RM2 when you dine in, you can enjoy this sensational treat that is worth every penny. It's a fantastic value considering the high quality and satisfaction you get...

Had a plain Taufu Fa and Red Bean Ice Cream here. The Taufu Fa is good, and not too sweet. The texture is soft but I couldn't find any difference with any other similar food found in any night market. If you bought the one with ginger syrup, the ginger did not overpower the taufu and mixed well together.

The ice cream on the other hand is amazing. The top part is red bean and the below part is coconut milk (santan). It tasted amazing and it's very good during hot weather.

One problem is, there is no queue management whatsoever here, and the process of buying stuff is very hectic. Hopefully they...

🚩 Visited 22 October 2023 Sunny 🌞 Sunday morning. The following sharing are based on our unbiased personal opinion and experience This is one of our top must try food list in Bentong for their ginger syrup bean curd and their Hakka hee ban. The bean curb is very soft and the ginger syrup was not too overpowering but good enough to enhance the taste on each mouth. The hee ban they served here was authentic. The texture of the hee ban was soft and chewy. Probably one of the fresh and good tasting I have tried before. They also sell some other stuff which we brought back home.
