McDonald's Kuantan Riverfront DT — Restaurant in Pahang

I order through drive thru lane. Ordered 2 sets of meals. I saw a promotion state that car with McD sticker get 4pcs McNugget with purchase RM25 and above. After payment I proceed to the 2nd counter to pickup my food. I casually asked about that McNugget promo. A male staff at the window try to clarify with a female staff inside. I assume she is the manager on duty. I told them that I saw the promo at the beginning. At first, they quite shock with my question and try to resolve the situation. I also show that I have the car sticker. But, its the old sticker without state flag. Suddenly, the female staff said that old sticker is no longer valid for the promo. The way she talk is cynical and make me uncomfortable .I am not bother with the promo at all. I understand this is the fault of the staff which taking my order. All I want is a proper apology for the mistake and professional conduct from a customer...

I came here for breakfast on 19th September . I have no idea what happened to the McCafe kiosk worker but when she is doing the beverages she is throwing the stuff and making loud noises by putting stuff with a large force . The longer she make the louder the noise she is producing . Even a worker went to talk to her she is still making it louder . I don't know if she did the action because of her own matter or she is not happy to serve the customer but that is very rude . She is aware that customers are having their meal but it seems like she decided to ruin their breakfast , my breakfast . McDonald's should be aware of the attitude of their crew especially for those that will serve the customers . This is the worst breakfast experience that I have ever had at this...

recently there was the water shortage in the city of Kuantan and we didnt have water in my office at Jalan Haji Abd Rahman (near the Kuantan's Police Station). i decided to order delivery for a cup of hot coffee through foodpanda (because Mcdonald's own delivery wont let me order a cup of hot drink). I waited for more than 1 hour for just a cup of coffee. Could they purposely make it late because i didnt use their own delivery service? but they never allow us to order through delivery if our order was less than RM20. No it wasnt the delivery guy's fault. It was the cafe itself because i could see the order was prepared and waited for so long for somebody to pick it...
