Reserved Steakhouse — Restaurant in Pahang

My recent visit to Reserved Steakhouse, intended to commemorate my parents' anniversary, regrettably did not meet our expectations. Despite making reservations and proactively reaching out regarding pre-cooked meal options, our experience was marred by a series of disappointments. The food, which took an hour to arrive, lacked the desired freshness and flavor, leaving much to be desired. The dishes we tried, including the spaghetti chicken pomodoro, mixed grill, and fried chicken chop, were average at best. In particular, the lamb dish was notably lacking in taste and was deemed unsatisfactory. The ambiance was the highlight of our evening, but it couldn't compensate for the subpar service and food quality. Additionally, communication with the staff was lacking, as our inquiries went unanswered. Even the drinks took an unusually long time to arrive. While the venue itself is undeniably beautiful, our overall experience leaves us hesitant to return.

Furthermore, during our meal, we encountered another inconvenience when the staff abruptly turned off the lights, explaining that it was closing time. This left us feeling disoriented and uncomfortable, especially since we were still dining and had taken longer than anticipated due to the delayed food service. Could the staff not consider waiting until all patrons have finished their meals before dimming the lights?

In addition to my feedback, I would kindly advise the management to consider improving their food quality and customer service standards. Additionally, accepting pre-cooked meal bookings with the option of collecting a deposit or partial payment from customers could enhance the overall experience and mitigate potential issues with timing and service. This proactive approach could not only streamline operations but also ensure a more satisfactory dining experience...

0/5 zero star rating. Not recommended. Waited for one hour for them to serve everything. We ordered striploin steak, grilled salmon and strawberry banana smoothie. Took them about 20 mins to serve the smoothie, 30 mins to serve the salmon, 1 hour for the steak. So one of us who ordered striploin steak needed to look at the other person who ordered salmon. Explanation for the delay given by the staff is they have 6 orders of striploin steak for another table. Is that even a valid excuse? Can’t the restaurant just let us know if they cannot handle such volume of order? As for the food taste and quality, totally not worth it...

Extremely disappointed with our recent visit to Reserve Steakhouse Kuantan to celebrate our birthday in Kuantan this year. Despite spending the bill over rm400 for 4pax, we were rudely rushed out by the waiter at 10 pm sharp, with the excuse that the staff was waiting for us despite we have yet to finish the wine and the food. Not only did this ruin the atmosphere of our celebration, but it also left a bitter taste in our mouths regarding the service quality.
