excellent service, excellent coffee.

one of the downside of staying in batu ferringhi is that you live so far away from town and if you are a coffee addict like i am, you’re in pain.

stumbled across ang ang on our way to town and decided to start our morning coffee here. arrived close to 10am but they were sorting out some stuff inside so they asked if they could attend to us shortly - which we didn’t mind at all.

took our orders and sat outside while soaking the morning sun. ordered long black as usual along with a tuna sandwich which was delicious and it was very well presented. the cuppa was aromatic with a fruity tinge to it - perfectly served cup.

the staffs were polite and friendly too - even offered to refill our water bottles prior to departure. a good place to hang out and enjoy a good cuppa.

We were having our afternoon tea at one of the branch at BM town near the old taxi station and noticed the indoor plant almost dry up. ( poor plant ). I suggested to the staff that at least one big pail of water is needed for the plants as the flower pot is long and big, it’s about 3feet x 1 feet in size but the lady staff said water will leak out if put too much water and thus she put only one jar each round. Her answer explain why the plant is dying off due to lack of water. I really hope the owner of this cafe can look into this matter and at least educate the staff on how to take care of the indoor plant. Another small hanging plant is also dying off and this plant indeed need only very little water to survive. Sad to see all the indoor dying plant😢 and too bad I forgot to...

Bad experience. Self service and we were made to climb up and down twice for missing out the order by the kitchen crew. The flooring looks quite rundown and even one of the toilet cubicles doesn't have proper lock. Each time when we needed to refill water, we have to walk downstairs. Service crew is unfriendly too. The male coffee barrista doesn't even look at me when replying to queries. We ordered 3 different types of foods and general comment is - TASTELESS and foods are...
