Restoran Nasi Kandar Salam — Restaurant in Penang

Makanan is all ok and quite sedap. Price is reasonable. The restaurant looks new.

The only thing that they can improve is their customer service which I think is very bad. I came in with my children's, put them to the table, and ask for table to be cleaned. I asked a few staff and none did nothing. So I went to take the food, went to the table back, and still the table not cleaned.

I asked the counter to clean it. But he clean other table first, including the one that just came in.

I really don't know how their system work, as I am being neglected. So many staff, standing doing nothing although already asked dto clean before. The restaurant not in full capacity with customers, more like half full and still they failed. Dont want to come...

Roti size is too big ... 2 slice bawang Small packet chutney and watery chilly sauce for what i dont know... Pls be reasonable as the Tandoori CHICKEN SIZE is not worth the money paid. Delicious plate of Nasi Lemak ayam goreng which is served on a daun pisang. Sambal tasted spicy & sweet with lots of ikan bilis. Rice was fragrant and berlemak. We loved it. Ayam goreng was crunchy but it would be wonderful if it’s served hot. Nasi Lemak is only available in the evening & for breakfast.

Nasi Kandar tasted decent and good. Plenty of dishes to choose from. All is hot & fresh.

However, the cleanliness of the restaurant should be improved especially at the hand washing area & toilet.
