Fusion Cafe — Restaurant in Penang

Tiny cafe facing char koay kak stall. This place has 3 tables that can seat 4 people and 2 tables that seats 2 people. However orders can be sent to seatings outside of cafe. Peach tea was full of ice hence it quickly became tasteless when the ice melted in this Malaysian weather. Hainanese chicken chop rice has a nice sweet, salty and buttery flavour. Rice was cold but the texture is good. Not dry or mushy and can feel each grain perfectly when chewing. Nothing special to say about the portion. Chicken was thin but was nicely fried. It’s a tiny humble cafe - that’s how I would describe Fusion cafe.

Overall pricing of the menu is on the affordable side for a cafe. If you love cheese, chicken parmigiana is something you can try! Drinks we ordered cham ping and it was good.

I also ordered pumpkin chicken rice (not in photo) and it tasted alright...

The staffs is friendly. The hainan chicken chop is at Par. Mushroom quite nice and value for money as they are using fresh Mushroom not the powder. The spaghetti very nice to eat. The downside is they only have open space table which share with hawker. No air-conditioning. Quite hot...
