Starbucks Alkaria Bukit Mertajam — Restaurant in Penang

I was sitting at a corner trying to indulge my drink whilst playing my mobile. Happens around 10:03pm while I’m not done with my drinks nor my game, a really rude staff, calling herself the Manager i guess, called Aini, increased her intonation and trying to kick all the customers inside out. Is this how Starbucks operate? She also talks back in a very rude manner, of course I’d retaliate with her rude attitude.

Starbucks Malaysia is not boycotted enough to have employees treating customers with such attitude?

In case anyone walks in, just beware you may get kicked out when they just walk through you saying, “Sudah Tutup”, in a very ill mannered way.

I understand that you want to close, you may ask politely if you want to clear, and you don’t have to raise your voice, nor show attitudes while you’re working.

I told her, customer is always right, why? We paid for drinks, inclusive of service, humour me if i may add another line, inclusive of raising your voice to tell me you’re closed and you want me to get out of the store. It’s not like I couldn’t hear you telling others that you’re closed. Is it your mood is that bad you have to rant it on others as well? Your own bad day doesn’t have to be shown to public, nobody wants apart of it.

Ending my day with a Starbuck’s Manager treating a customer this way is indeed bad, if anything, she needs a job that can help her with her bad day, perhaps just...
