Truly the worst experience ever. We ordered an appetizer and two main dishes. They forgot about the appetizer so it came way too late. Then I had to wait for almost 2 hours (!) for my pizza while my friend had already finished her main meal. We asked them several times for updates and every time they said they'd check, to then never inform us about the progress. In the end, I got my pizza, it was okay but really not worth waiting 2 hours for. I asked them if as a compromise, the pizza could be deducted from the check. Once again, 'they would check'. After a while, the waiter brought us two orange juices, which probably was meant as a compromise. However, we never asked for orange juices and would have preferred them to ask us how they could best help us resolve this. The best (or worst) part came when I went to pay. I decided we would pay the full price, because of the juices, but more so because we did not want to spend any more time in this restaurant. When it was my turn to pay, the waiter that took my order whispered something in the ear of the guy handling my payment, and subsequently I got a receipt which mentioned 10% of 'service charge' on top of the price for our dinner. I have never seen any other restaurant in Asia asking for 'service charge'. We ended up paying more than we had to for a 'service' that was never delivered to us. If I could give minus...
