I think the staff here really lacks of training or they are severely underpaid that they don’t care about the job. Sandwich was prepare horribly and to make things worse, they said only cash payment when i wanted to pay by card. I insisted that i have no cash and want to pay by card which then he took and the machine was working fine. When i asked the staff why did u previously say that only cash he says i already want to close all online and credit card transactions. Mind me, this was 8pm when it happened and the outlet supposed to close at 10pm. He even told the lady that cane after me before she ordered that only cash can be used. Do you train your staffs to do settlement at 8pm instead of closing at 10? Seriously, the managers here should lose their jobs because this is how poorly they manage the outlet.very disappointed with the service and own made rules...

Disappointing! The staff by the name of FATIHAH, was rude, refusing to serve us properly. She pretending she doesn't know what the items are. Don't they train their staff? i spoke to her in Malay and also in English yet she didn't understand. She was so stingy that usually tuna is served two scoops she only put one for me, when I asked her why only one scoop and not two as always, she said she can't give me two scoops. She should be carrying her mood swings to work place. The hard foot was half at all it was way less than half. She only gave me two small olives n two small pieces of salad.. I...

Workers attitude out , kind a racist, a short Malay guy work there when see me , muka dia jadi pucat And serve cam serve slave. Sorry to I always give good rating for all, but I really disappointed with the staff's attitude... I work at a service line so i pun faham lah kalau staff stress ke ape. But this guy tunjuk muka kat saya... Pls improve and if can conduct staff training on how to behave and serve customers.
