I only saw 2 staffs at the counter, maybe lagi sorg tgh rehat. So it's fine. But next time please improve your staff attitude. I tunggu lama dekat kaunter for 10 minutes or more and didn't receive an apologise for waiting too long. I berdiri tunggu je dekat kaunter. She accepted it very calmly though seen very obviously pressured by the fact that there were 2 of them working the night shift.
