Congested and understaffed. My already packed takeaway order sat at the pickup counter for 20mins without me knowing while I waited right at the pickup counter!!!!! They forgot to call out the no! The order no shld be displayed on the takeaway packs for easy identification. Staff cashier and front to take order seems ok to give fries instead of coke when I order above RM25 but back then that chubby "lembut guy" never give a good feedback . He still give coke and didnt tell to give us for no choice and no reason. He never feel sorry at all. As manager, You guess what as customer does feel ?! And then give none chilli sauce when we open the paper bag.. Please Macdonald Perlis.. please do something about your staff and send someone to pantau them. That is my opinion at all .
