A&W Root Beer was never like before. I wonder have they improved their recipe to further worsen the taste and texture?

I would not like to point out on this usually as there might be lots of factor contributing to the action and attitude of the person at the cash register taking order..... However Mr. Sukri if I got your name correct by the tag.... I understand is CMCO and Covid19 but at least be more helpful and more interactive also responsive (as I am redeeming voucher purchased from online)

I hope one may have their heart when working. if the sole purpose of work because clocking hour and for the pay end of month; there are many more people qualified and perform better and needing the jobs....

Hope management look into the matter too and might because Covid19 again hence the employees never get to attend customer service training?

I wanna compliment the cashier/staff at A&W because he went above & beyond. Lemme 1st state the norm (based on the many times I've been here): (1) After ordering, your number will be called & you self service pick-up (2) The plate is paper & cutleries are plastic (3) Serviettes are just 2pcs usually. Today, the cashier told me to sit & he'll bring my food. He gave me plastic plate & stainless steel cutleries. He even gave me a basket of serviettes (there were 5-6pcs). All because I was alone with my 17mo. I suspect he has cared for young kids before (as a husband or an elder sibling). I purposely brought my son to say bye² as we were leaving (so I could see his name tag) & he blew up a balloon for him. I truly hope he gets the recognition, praise & appreciation he deserves.
