Bad The checkin process was stressful and can be improved. Booked 5 days before check-in and couldn't find any details about check-in process. As I was arriving late close to midnight, I wasn't sure if there was a 24hr reception like a hotel. First time staying at apartment in KL, previously it has been hotels. So I sent them a message on Agoda and never received a reply. I called the number provided on Agoda, no answer. Starting to stress, wondering if this was a scam listing. On the day before check-in I received a Whatsapp message out of the blue with the check-in instructions. No other place across Asia I have booked and stayed at have this kind of last minute messaging. If you do not want to share your checking information until the day before arrival, then simply say "More details on the checkin will be provided the day before arrival" on the listing.

When I arrived at the property the guards were nice and showed me to the mailroom to collect the key. The mailbox is right close to the floor and 6 foot tall uncle had to get on hands and knees in order to see the combo of the lock. Silver numbers on Silver background with harsh fluro lighting makes it really difficult to see the numbers. After a long international flight that is the last thing you want to be doing. With the key, I headed upstairs. The instructions sent to my on whatsapp said Level - 02 Unit - B (Upstairs) Mailbox - C-02-11

When I got to the second level I walked up and down the corridor looking for this Unit - B (Upstairs). To me the details should say Unit - 02-11 (B Upstairs). Logically when looking for an address you gotop down. Eventually I found it.

Upon checkout, I provided this information to the people behind the whatapps message. They were dismissive and said I should have looked at the mailbox details or the sticker on the key to locate theunit. No one else had this issue... Hello...tired uncle near midnight is not going on a treasure hunt looking for clues to string together to know the unit. Why can't you just put "Unit - 02-11 (B Upstairs)" then it would have been a lot clearer. Too lazy to reword your whatsapp message?

The other feedback I had was that the Manatidur website was misleading. Under the apartment features they listed a washing machine. My studio did not have a washing machine. They said not all apartments they list have this feature....this is misleading. They should then put disclaimer "only available in some apartments".

Would I return? Maybe, but I will check out other places in...

It's essentially Airbnb style apartment though I booked through Trip. Self check in and out process which they gave clear and detailed instructions and the team was pretty responsive via WhatsApp.||Note that they do not provide any disposable amenities so bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste. And own hairdryer too. They do provide hand soap, body wash and shampoo. ||We got a 2 bedroom apartment, which we realized was a duplex apartment only when we got here. So one of the rooms is upstairs where you'll need to go up 1.5 flights of stairs. Each room came with a queen sized double bed that was firm and 2 towels. The room above came with an ensuite bathroom inside the room, while for the ground floor room, the bathroom is outside the room. Bathroom was spacious with a standing shower. ||Our apartment was on the 25th floor that had a great view of the city, and you could see as far as Genting when the weather is good. ||The swimming pool at the rooftop was great too, odd shaped but on one side it's a full lap length, there's also a...
