Ba Rumba PJ — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

First time patronising this place & certainly the last time. Food - below average. Pizza crust was too thin. Mushroom spring roll was oily & tasteless. Char kuay teow was mushy. Pineapple juice was too diluted - not worth the RM18 paid.

Music was tooooo loud. It became worse after the live music started.

My response: There was no offer of a replacement. Btw, who is Faisal? I mentioned my unhappiness to a waitress - a Chinese girl. She asked the chef & the chef told her "this is how we cook here".

My original review was short & precise. The person who responded to my review had the time & audacity to link this review to my previous reviews. He had the temerity to suggest that I am burdened with negativity.

Since he took the trouble to go through my previous reviews, I decided to look at the reviews for this restaurant. Guess what - people have commented that the pizza crust is too thin, they have also commented that the place is very loud - one had asked whether the noise level is within regulatory level.

Why would I want to give this place another shot? Once...

Had bad experience yeterday to your bar my friend came coz I recommend it!My friend got empty drinks already while this 2 guys waiter and bartender just keep talking at the bar while 2 waitress just keep folding tissues at the corner!!😡😡only 1 server is really attentive and can look around customer I think only that malay woman is working while all staff just keep talking and doing nothing!Some more this malay woman can speak english well and can recommend nice food to my friend and to me before as well everytime I came at Lunch time..Better that malay train all that staff there to work properly as she did everyday thats why I want her the one serving me and I will tell my friends just ask that malay to serve them rather than other staff!!The food was Awesome we give more than 100% nw keep it up👍👍because its fast nw than before it takes food 1hr to prepare..Keep it up guys but staff Zero only 1 We can give 👏👏hire staff like her not lazy staff who just keep monitoring tables...

Recently, I went to this 🍺 bar located in 📍PJ Seksyen 8, with live band starting at 8:30pm. They also have snooker to play, and it’s especially lively on weekends with lots of people 🎤🍹. If you’re looking for a place to chill with family, friends, or colleagues, this spot is perfect for that!

We ordered the following: 🦐🥑 Shrimp Avocado Crispy Bites 8.5/10 Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, the pairing of shrimp and avocado is just on point 🤌🏼

🍖 Spiced Grilled Lamb Chops 8/10 The lamb chops are grilled perfectly with bold spices, not too overpowering👌🏼

🍕 Old Fashioned Mutton Pizza 8/10 The mutton pizza is fresh and unique, great for those who like to try different flavors!
