PJ8 Service Suites Pool View — Hotel in Petaling Jaya

I stayed here for over a year when I was working with SCB. I rate it fairly okay for facilities. However, the rentals are very high as compared to the rest of condos in the city or vicinity. Yet, the facilities had been out of order time to time (like swimming pool undergoing maintenance often) The worst part was when I left for Pakistan. There was a recent change in security management. I lost my laptop for some reason and when I asked PJ8 condo management, the CCTV footage were absolutely useless. This is not all, the response from the admin management was really poor and they were very slow in replying to emails. As for phone, they were always reluctant in picking up or addressing my issue. This is an awesome place to stay in KL. First of all the condo was very nice and clean with a great view, good quality of amenities......and affordable price. Good location, we always feel easy to go anywhere... the train station, supper market, café, restaurants, shopping mall...Donald - the owner was very helpful and friendly. We really had great experience and memorable time. I would highly recommend this hotel either you are traveling or for business. Whenever I think to come again I am sure I will stay in this...
