Ever since the regulation concerning employment of foreigners in food courts have been enforced, this place has become an appalling spectre of its former past. There are only a handful of stalls operating, and the former bustling lively atmosphere is largely gone. There's a Kelantanese lady selling (on certain days) one of the best pajeri nenas you'll ever find this side of PJ. There's also a Malacca lady (Annabella) selling the same a few stalls away though hers would taste different. This lady also makes great nasi lemak in the evening. Make sure you get her beef rendang, which is probably one of the best kept secrets...

If nasi lemak bungkus is your thing, you shouldn't miss this place then.

The rice is almost glutinous, rich in flavour, it's heavenly. But I need to warn you that the consistency is in doubt. Great on one day, average on the other. That's why I suggest you try one first, and move on to the next if it's average since one packet will not be enough.

I also like that you can order freshly fried eggs or omelette.

The sambal however is on the sweet side. The rest is standard.
