Ii want to know why this particular outlet serves the cincau kopi with so much lesser cincau then other outlets? There is 1 Malay girl with tudung , a Malay staff guy also is very poor in service as preparing orders . The Malay girl is emerging customer while watching live on HP and chatting and doesn't even care if customer is standing and looking at her with disgust . She just didn't care while the cashier , a Chinese guy also dare not say anything . I have been drinking from many outlets and I find your standard vary from outlet to outlet . This 3 danansara outlet is still serving sweetness like 1000% when I have mentioned at 75% and I did order the same and Center point and it's perfect . I have been to CP outlet many times and they serve with professional and very kind and polite....Your crew at 3 Damansara is seriously terrible and very unprofessional at all when working in the service FnB indistry. I am shocked at their price increase lately. The price of Teh-C no sugar is RM6.30 per cup. Aiyoh, wait till you see the price of Coffee, even higher. Words cannot describe their prices. It is so ridiculous, cannot eat here anymore!!! Their standard of food quality has dropped tremendously in last 3 months n prices of kueh have increased.
