Cost performance is not good. In middle of 2019, I inspected 4-5 Fully furnished studio rooms but it was not valuable for me. Small pool, dark gym, not cleaned common area,There is no sign of people. No dryer wash machine, small room, not enough kitchen space not nice furniture but the fully furnished rent price was minimum RM2.2K.(Of course after nego..) I think better to take Tropicana Gardens if you want to live near MRT. Tropicana Gardens has good cost performance. You can live more beautiful,specious and gorgeous facilities by same price or more cheaper. I could not understand why this condo is so expensive. I think owner should less rent fee. Many rooms have been vacant for a long time....
