Update: Had a reply/feedback from SushiHan's FB customer service and the Operation Manager, Andrew did reach out to me and apologised for the experience, offered to host my family again at Sushi Han.
Took up the offer, and service was impeccable, shout out to Sean who was friendly and a gem, recommending the different dishes to my mother and kids.
Kudos to Sushihan for your genuine effort, restored my trust in your business.
Tried their Yee Sang which was good; fresh and their plum sauce was tangy, refreshing, not too sweet. I have ordered a take away of the Yee Sang again on the 30th of Jan, 2nd day of CNY.
We also loved their Chawanmushi.
Thank you Sushihan! Shout out to Andrew, Sean and Oscar
Went to 3Damansara Outlet on the 12th of Jan, around 8.40pm, for dinner with my family at Table 18.
I have ordered NB 010 Tan Tan Kaisen Chanko Nabe (s) but there were no seafood at all in the dish, (which i even consulted, and asked the server on the dishes from the menu before ordering)
the staff could have informed me if there were no more seafood, I would have ordered something else
instead, they still serve and charged me with lesser ingredients or a total different dish which supposed to be a cheaper price.
and when I asked, they continue to confirm that the chicken and vegetables pot is the TanTan Kaisen Chanko Nabe
And even with our order for the chuka kurage/jellyfish sushi, we were given clams sushi instead
We are dining in, they could have informed and asked us if we would like to swapped for other options or cancelling that order.
Instead they just "conveniently" serve what (ever remainings) they have, and charge the price of the original order.
1st this is called cheating or shortchanging your customer.
2nd it is dangerous, as you do not know if the customer has any allergy to what you served without the customer's knowledge or consent

Read moreSushihan is located at the same lot where Sushi Tei used to be. In fact, the place looks more or less the same so I wonder if it is an entirely new establishment or just a refresh.
The first thing that caught my eye was the weekday lunch promo. We tried the udon and sushi set plus the cha soba from the normal menu.
The lunch promo is a very good deal. For RM23, you get a bowl of udon, 3 pcs of sushi (salmon, tuna, butterfish), soft shell crab maki, grilled spicy chicken and a salad. The chicken was pretty good. The skin was crispy and coated with a tangy, spicy sauce. Overall, a great value for money.
On the other hand, the soba was just average. My son complained there was a slight tinge of bitterness in the dipping sauce.
Service staff were attentive and the food arrived shortly after placing our orders. Like the previous place, you can either sit around the counter which has a sushi conveyor belt or at tables surrounding...
