Have been a few times as the hotpot is very flavourful and nice However the recent visit hasn’t been so good. Firstly we arrived and the waiter input our pax with no other info. When the 2 numbers in front of us haven’t got anyone attended , it goes to us. But when we were seated down and started to looked into the menu, the waiter approached us and said that one of the front number has arrived we needed to give them the seat. Secondly, when the waiter is cooking the mala ingredients in front of us, the oil split it to us and it was very careless mistake.Furthermore ,when the waiter is cleaning another table beside of us, the spray water sprayed our leg, although it didn’t get into the food, I would think that the waiter should be careful when doing all these stuff. lastly, the waiter wrongly overstated our plate by 1 and we needed to clarify to them as well. A no-frills hotpot spot. Finally got to try this place after hearing about it. Self-service is the name of the game when dining here. You can grab all your ingredients from the fridge and mix up your sauces on the counter by the side. The ingredients tasted fresh and honestly that's all that matters when eating hotpot.

I tried the bone broth soup along with the pumpkin cordycep soup. Both tasted good but I preferred the pumpkin cordycep soup since it's their best-seller.

Tried Ditan Hotpot at Casa Tropicana and was genuinely impressed. The standout for me? Their pumpkin with cordyceps soup – rich, creamy, and naturally sweet. It's self-service for the ingredients and also sauce. Loved the variety available. Service was prompt and friendly. Was a bit lucky it rained earlier on, so I didn't feel the warmness or heat seating outside. Ordered their Sour Plum Lemon Coke, and it was so refreshing I ordered 2 jugs

Price was reasonable, perfect for a casual hotpot session with friends or family. I'm definitely coming back just for that...
