One of my go to kopitiam for food. They have many varieties of food the caters to my taste bud. The stalls that commonly frequent is the prawn mee stall. I enjoyed the broth if the prawn me. They recently added the 'he kor' chee cheong fun. The 'he kor' sauce is very thick and the chee cheong fun noodle texture is chewy and smooth.
Another stall that I enjoy is the 'sam kan chong' pork noodle. I normally will go for the dry 'lou shi fun' pork noodle. The combination of sauces makes the noodle very fragrant.
Another stall I would recommend is the claypot Lou shi fun. It's served with siew yoke. Very tasty and piping hot.
The chicken rice is one of the better chicken rice stall around that area. I like their char siew and roast chicken. Both are juicy and tender and not dry.
The stall that sells the nyonya Kueh, cakes and etc, I enjoy buying their fish crackers and there kerepeks. They're all very...
Read moreThis is one of the better kopishop in PJ, place is spacious, airy and seats are not crowded. It is clean, service is friendly. The shop sell many Penang style foods with kuih counter and mixed rices as well. The Teh O is pretty decent.Nice ambient to enjoy your foods. I like the hawker stall that sell Prawn Mee and Kueh Teow soup with duck meats. Soup is clear, sweet and tasty. A bit more chicken essence flavour on the soup will be perfect. The prawn Mee has this prawn oil infused umami. Ingredients are fresh. Thumb up! The mixed rice economy bihun is pretty delicious, with the ikan pari curry,a perfect match. The Wantan Mee comes with dark and light sauce, sauce that coat the noodle is tasty, maybe tad more fragrant on shallot oil will elevate the taste.Char Siew tad on the dry side. Definitely will be back to try other foods, hard to find a nice open air and...

The kuey teow soup was a total let down with sourish fish balls. When confronted he kept giving excuses the market was not open today was not able to get fresh fish balls, instead he has used the mushroom brand ones. When asked for discount for the spoiled fish balls, he insisted on the same price and did not even apologise.
We may go and try other food but definitely will not return to his stall!
Overated!!! There are many...
