Overall excellent dim sum. Individually: Prawn cheung fun / prawn rice roll - 4/5 - smooth, silky cheung fun with a really well-balanced and flavourful sauce. Prawns a little too ‘treated’ for me in that they are unnaturally bouncy - too much baking soda.
Har gow / crystal shrimp dumpling - 5/5 - textbook. Tightly wrapped, not over-steamed. No complaints.
Wu kok / fried yam dumpling - 3.5/5 - filling was delicious but it was probably fried in oil that was too hot. ‘Crust’ was crispy but had a heavier texture and flavour than desirable.
Lo mai gai / glutinous rice chicken - 4.9/5 - steamed to perfection, rice is flavourful throughout. If I’m being a bit picky I think some flavour and fattiness is lost from the fact that the sausage was not made of pork since this is a halal dim sum place.
Wor tip / potstickers, in this case with chives - 4/5 - good textures, well executed. Could be more flavourful.
Salted egg yolk baos - 2/5 - the filling was split (oil separated) and texture was very grainy. I can forgive some graininess in salted egg yolk fillings but this was way too far. Flavour and good and bao itself was decent (could be fluffier). Do...

From dim sum to classic Chinese dishes, everything was well-prepared with refined flavors and high-quality ingredients, so I truly enjoyed every dish until the end.
The service was excellent as well. One thing I really appreciated was the unlimited tea service—staff members were attentive and always ready to refill without even having to ask, which made the experience very comfortable.

Whether for family gatherings, friends’ get-togethers, or even business meals, this place is a perfect choice. Overall, Ee Chinese Cuisine delivered great food, attentive service, and a wonderful ambiance—highly...
Read moreHad a very nice lunch here. Overall, it was a very efficient and delicious experience.
We were greeted by Ms Ashikin who directed us to our reserved table. Some choices of chinese tea were then offered; we chose pu-erh tea.
Next, we decided to try the Peking Duck dish. It wasn't a long wait till we see the Peking Duck being delivered to us in a nice "cage". The duck was then efficiently carved tableside by Ms Ashikin. For the duck's second dish, we chose to stir fry it with black pepper.
The duck rolls tasted delicious both with and without the hoisin sauce. The crispy duck skin and the juicy duck meat make a pleasant textural contrast which we enjoyed very much. The stir fried duck was also very flavorful; spicy, salty and sweet.
Finally, we were offered the dessert menu by the head waitress. Both of our dessert choices gave a wonderful end to our...
