Murni Discovery Desa Mentari — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

One of the busiest & spacious Murni Discovery in Klang Valley area. They even have proper outdoor seating which suitable for groupies to have dinner.

With that said, there is bound to have service issue where you may have to wait for more than 10 minutes for your order to be taken as the server might be running around taking or sending orders.

Other than that, food wise it is almost the same menu with other Murni Discovery, just that the taste will differ from each branches as they depends on who prepare the food. Like once upon a time, I love the teh tarik terapung in Sunway, but then the taste had somehow deteriorate over time, and I tried to order the same here, and the taste was great like what I used to have in Sunway Mentari.

A cozy and comfortable place for a family dinner. Usually i eat at Murni SS2 but happens to be nearby there so decided to have dinner here. Unfortunately the service is very poor and sluggish, had to wait 15 minutes just get our order and then 30 minutes more or less to serve however eventually food arrived after a millennium. Food itself wasn’t bad but could have been better and so does the service anyways atmosphere is very comfy and quiet. Parking a bit hard to find since its a street parking. Ordered 3 different food for lunch and were served with uncooked chicken! Horrible service. When complained to the waiter, the two guy were completely clueless about what to do. The third one came over and said he will ask the chef to heat up the raw chicken chop. We were denied replacement or change the meal. Ended up with completely charred piece of chicken chop after that. Like a black chicken. What a horrible service. We were then charged full price of rm50+ for the raw meals served.
