Encounter such a bad experience yesterday. Ordered Spaghetti Benzema beef, and then makanan i dah sampai. Then suddenly this one guy claim that it was his ordered. Without further checking, waiter terus ambil balik the food that he gave me and give it to that guy. I don’t know, u guys tak tanya dulu ke what’s his order? I yang customer ni pun perasan yang that guy order spaghetti with chicken chop. Clearly the spaghetti yang should be mine tu takde chicken chop. Kenapa you proceed to give it to him and allowed him eating it? And then tiba tiba datang food yang supposed to be his, and i cakap thats not my order. Then the waiter gave the food to that guy, lepastu that guy proceed to makan both food. According to one of your staff, that guy only bayar for one food je. What makes it even worse is that, i tunggu my order dekat sejam, and dah inform waiter two times yang my order tak sampai lagi. Dah nak dekat sejam, baru that one waitress datang dekat i, cakap beef dah habis so mintak i tukar menu lain. You cakap beef yang masak for the guy to last beef. Why u let me waited for 1 hour baru nak inform? Very unprofessional of the waiters. 2 different waiters yang tak competent, you guys need extra training la. To the waitress, kudos to u sebab you are the one yang approach us and explained things...

this will be my last time going here!!! The food & service really sucks here!! I request my food to be less spicy & no vege but why they cannot make it??! IS THE REQUEST HARD FOR U GUYS THEN DON'T OPEN SHOP LA!! The worst branch ever!! I always go to bukit jalil, their service & food are quick & nicee!! After i make a complaint to one of the lady staff here, she gave me a useless reason that i don't wanna know. So they change me a new one but then second ones is more sucks , it taste salty & no spicy at all. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO MENTION THE FOOD BUT ITS REALLY BADD!!!👎🏻👎🏻 i decided to cancel but they make a new ones for me and it's still not good!! It taste bland with tomyam paste only!! HOW U EXPECT ME TO EAT THISS??!PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR FOOD, TASTE BEFORE SENDING TO CUSTOMER. So conclusion I'm going back with my empty stomach still after waiting for almost 1hour . This is my first visit here to experience a malay cuisine lunch. Situated in Bandar Sunway, Jln PJS 8/13, it is a corner lot shop with big bold signboard which no diners would missed it . Before entering the premise, the staff will ensure each diners scanned their body temperature and registration through MySejahtera only. . Up-to-date ordering system is to scan it which is placed on every table. . Upon scrutinising the menu, there are a lot of choices to choose from. Local Malaysian dishes, Western and various types of hot and cold drinks to choose from. I would definitely ensure all Muslim diners that no liquor or beers are served. . Upon placing your order through your handphone, waiting time takes about 10 minutes only. That's a very fast service. Excellent. . All items sold are reasonably priced and affordable to guests. .
