If i could give this restaurant a one star i would. Let me explain why, i came in the restaurant it was room temperature not even cold infact it was slightly hot after sitting for a long time . I ordered a gyuniku bowl ( beef bowl) after waiting for 15 mins for the food the waitress decided to came out wuth the food and served it on my table, i was dumbfounded by what i just saw did i ordered the wrong thing , did i told her something else?, communication error?, kitchen cooked wrong? but after observing for a longer period of time realised in reality it was my order ... "gyuniku don". Literally 50% of the bowl was vegetables 30% rice and 20% meat , if i wanted to order a bowl of sarada (salad) i would 🤣 but now i ordered gyuniku don you came and gave me a bowl of vege ? and correct me if im wrong they also gave me konjac along with the vege , why is there konjac in my gyudon ??. Another thing i would like to add is the standard of the rice the rice in the gyunikudon was very moist and wet , it's sticking tgt along the walls of the bowl and the spoon and its just lumps of rice tgt.... please if rice also cannot cook please dont open a japanese restaurant!!. They also served me kimchi for my gyuniku don🤣 thats a first . Moving on to other factors, the tissue box given was extremely packed and full to the point where if i wanted to take a piece out i would need both hands and be extremely gentle or else i would tear the gentle thin tissue provided . They also gave me a bowl of hit water that has my utensils in it, the fact that you can give me that but you cant give me a chopstick holder for my chopstick is insane my chopstick rolled off the bowl and dropped on the table 🤦🏿 . Absolutely horrible experience dining over here , i never finished my food and would never dine in here...
Read moreMe and family dine in and our table is next to the entrance door. When we were eating without our mask on, there is 1 walk in customer, came to order take away. The customer come in to the restaurant without mask. The waitress didn't inform the customer to wear mask and never ask the customer to wait outside. The waitress continue taking the customer's order inside the restaurant. They were just standing behind our table. We feel very uncomfortable as cases of COVID-19 is still very high, +2000 case daily, the restaurant should follow the SOP strictly and inform customers to follow SOP if they want to operate and accept dine in customers. I asked the waitress who took the order to inform customer to wear mask or wait outside. The waitress mention that she has informed the customer but the customer refuse to obey. I then approach the cashier counter (Chinese guy wear spec), he seem impatient and ask the other waitress to inform the customer. They say customer doesnt want to obey and they cannot do anything. So, we have to eat with the customer without mask standing behind of our table. This is not right and you are putting all your customers at risks. To those who do not want to risk your life dining here, please think twice before coming. The workers don't seem to understand the severity of COVID case and don't know the strict SOP to follow. They should have stopped the customer outside the shop and take order outside the shop. Being a regular here, I would not...
Read moreI came alone to this restaurant a few times. There's one time I was asked to sit in front of the cashier. I had the worst experience there. Every customer wanted to pay have to queue behind me and pass the receipt to the cashier across my shoulder while I'm eating. Aside of that I have to endure the banging vibration when the workers are preparing other ppl orders next to me while I'm eating. I dare not to take out my phone while waiting for my food because there's always people right behind me. I even asked the lady and the worker if i could change my seat before my food come. But the lady deny my request saying the seat are already reserved for other who are standing at the door. I waited and look around and realise they had no plans to change the seat for me. I watched every new customer walk in are allowed to get new seats right away. From that on I instantly regret to accept the table top seats in front of the cashier. Today I came to visit again. I was lucky to get a small seat for 2. After I ordered, the lady asked me if I could change to the counter table top seat again. Of cos I said no but the lady doesn't seems happy and walked away. In conclusion, please don't work on the table top same row where your customer eat if you have plans to put your customer to seat there and move the cashier to another...
