I have frequented this place multiple times during lunch hours, and I must say they serve one of the best roasted chicken rice dishes around Ara Damansara.👌🏼

The roasted chicken🐓 is consistently flavorful, juicy, and tender every time. Their roasted duck🦆 is also consistently excellent, as well as their siew yuk🐖 (crispy roasted pork) and fried pork🐖 (炸肉), which has a perfect balance of fat and lean meat.

In addition to chicken rice, they offer noodles, pau (steamed buns), and light dim sum for breakfast, with the menu expanding to mixed rice dishes in the afternoon.

This was my first time ordering chicken rice from Restaurant Wang Key, but unfortunately, the driver didn’t deliver my order. I called the restaurant, and the lady boss was incredibly kind and patient — she personally arranged another delivery at her own cost. I was really touched by her sincerity and excellent service!

As for the food — many chicken rice out there are quite dry, but Wang Key’s really surprised me. The chicken was very tender, the chili spicy and flavorful, and you can truly taste the effort they put into preparing each meal. The portion was big and generous too.

The only Chinese eatery in the immediate factory area serving chicken rice with roast pork options. The chicken is pretty decent albeit served a little cold. I enjoy the availability of innards here too. The chilli sauce is more on the sweet and sour side and lacks enough spicy kick for me. The rice has an acceptable flavour and is nicely fluffy and loose. I recommend coming here early for lunch (11.30am - 12.30pm) or risk having less parts of the chicken available. Dishes are served with a Chinese soup-of-the-day.
