Pages Book Cafe has become my go-to spot, and for good reason. The moment you step in, you're embraced by the cozy ambiance that feels like a warm hug. The place exudes comfort, from the plush seating to the soft lighting. What truly makes it exceptional, though, is the friendly crew and owner. Their welcoming smiles and genuine hospitality make every visit a delight.

One of my absolute favorites about Pages Book Cafe is their freshly baked sourdough bagels. They're a culinary masterpiece, perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside. Pair one with their artisanal coffee, and you've got a match made in heaven.

In addition to the delectable treats, what sets this cafe apart is the variety of books they offer for sale. As a book lover, I appreciate their curated selection of titles, ranging from bestsellers to hidden gems. What’s even better is that these books are priced so reasonably that you can't resist taking a few home. It's a bookworm’s paradise.

If you're looking for a place to unwind with great company, savor freshly baked delights, and explore a world of books, this cafe is the perfect haven. It's more than a cafe; it's a home...

Pages Book Café Review: A Cozy Book Lover’s Haven in Petaling Jaya

If you’re on the hunt for a cozy, quaint spot in Petaling Jaya, Pages Book Café is a must-visit. I recently stopped by, and let me tell you—it’s everything a book lover could want! The café has an incredible collection of books, making it easy to get lost in the pages for hours.

Stepping inside, you instantly feel right at home. The ambiance is perfect, blending a welcoming vibe with just the right touch of coziness. It’s also a great place to get some work done or catch up on emails, thanks to the fast and reliable WiFi.

And the coffee? Absolutely fantastic! I tried the espresso tonic, and wow—it was refreshingly unique and perfectly balanced. Whether you’re there for the books or the brews, Pages Book Café delivers an experience that’s as delightful as it is memorable.

For anyone looking for a charming café with great coffee, free WiFi, and a peaceful atmosphere, Pages Book Café in Petaling Jaya should definitely be...

A super interesting find in KL.

Food was surprisingly good for cafe food standards these days.

Smoked ducked Olio 8/10 Duck was flavourful and cooked well Spaghetti is slightly thinner (not angel hair) but still cooked Al Dante which gives the dish a very exciting experience. So iciness and flavour are well balanced. Also comes with some capsicums if you’re into that.

All day breakfast Their in-house sourdough is truly one of the best (in my preference) I’ve had. The gluten texture of the bread was dense with a strong crust yet not being overly sour. We took our eggs scrambled and got fluffy eggs. The sausage was a surprise, it has the texture of a good bratwurst. Not like the kinds you find frozen in supermarkets. And yet it’s chicken? You could have fooled me. Salad came with almonds, tomatoes, dried cranberries and sesame dressing.

Clearly they put a lot of effort...

Love it! Book and coffee. What else matters haha! I was fortunate to see the Chinese owner spend lotsa his time arranging books. His dedication was commendable. My friend and I ordered Hot Chocolate and Flat White with latter art on the drinks. Both are okay drink. While the meal are mostly cooked and ready served with quick heating. The price is okay and affordable. I'm a Muslim, and I didn't recommend eating meat here unless the owner clears it up. The ambience and interior was superb! The playlist was great too. Perfect for chill and good read. Have great internet collection over here and I can even open my laptop here. The location is pretty secluded and the parking space is sufficient. It's a hidden gem here worth visiting!

First, the books are inexpensive, going from RM3 to RM80++. All books are discounted. Next, there is a cafe where there is some main dishes like their smoked duck olio (to die for) and chicken bolognaise. The drinks are freshly brewed like teas and fruit juices. So you may browse and read in the cafe all day if you wish. Last but not least, the book shop ambassador. His name is Osla and he is very friendly. He knows where all the books are arranged, so if you want a book on WW2 aircraft, he can point you in the right direction. The only limitation is the closing hours at 6pm and it closes on Sundays. Thankfully, I may drop by for an hour or two of bliss after work.
