The food is ok. The staffs & services are ok too. The ridiculous problem is they only allocate about 10 parking lots eventhough the restaurant is inside their own private building. They have more empty parking lots at the side but the Nepalese guards refused to open the parking for customers because those lots are only for management seems. It was lunch hour & the so called 10 parking lots for customers were full but they refused to allow us to park at the side parking which were empty. I requested to the guard Bal Bahadur to allow me wait in the car parked at the side without obstructing any traffic while my colleague goes down for a take away maximum 15mins & he refused to allow me do that too. Please upgrade your service, I order from Texas Kepong.. This is first & last my order. I've ordered 5pc of chicken, 2 drinks, 1 curly fries (in grab system) butter bread and honey mustard sauce.. our food received early from grab rider.. 10min earlier but your Area Manager Mr Amir & Manager Nizam said curly fries no more in all outlet in Malaysia, so they change to normal fries and honey mustard sauce to garlic sauce.. Why you all not update in grab system?
