Yesterday, a terrible experience happened to a friend of mine who is a retiree. She wanted to order a drink and food, but one of the baritas brushed her off and asked her to order via online app because at that time, she was busy counting money at the counter. This is a total letdown. Well, the barista had no PR, or maybe the company never thought her so. What she should have done is to tell the customer nicely and ask her if she doesn't mind waiting for a few minutes before she could take the order. Guess the Gen Z barista just has no PR after all....

I would like to praise Yanie who worked at 11am 22/7/2025.

Due to forgetting to chill the milk in the chiller my cold order came out hot. Yanie kindly accept my request to redo my order, to the extend where she do her best trying to cool down the expresso shot with ice before adding into the milk. Although in the end the latte still didn’t came out cold. Her effort and attitude touched me despite the busy schedule. I wish Yanie all the best in whatever she does in...
