Indonesian food with a twist favourable to Malaysian tongues. Famous for their Nasi Ayam Penyet ( Rice w Pressed Chicken ), which comes in a set of White Rice, Fried Chicken, Sambal, Long Beans, Cabbages and an option of either a clear vege soup or Kuah Lodeh ( A yellowish, turmeric based soup with a hint of spice and coconut milk ).
Other options are available such as
Lele ( Catfish ), Puyuh ( Quail ), Bakso ( Beef Meatballs ), Lodeh Kembung ( Mackerel in Lodeh soup ).
Served with many side options such as
Tempe (Fried Soya Beans), Bakwan (Fried veggies in a dough), Keropok,
and of course their famous Sate Kambing
(Sauteed pieces of Lamb marinated Indonesian style with aromatic spices and soy sauce. Pretty spicy. Very juicy.)
Prices are pretty much affordable, a meal and a drink typically sums up to no more than RM 10 ( $3 USD ).
There is normally a wait, but in about 10 to 15 mins your food will arrive if there's normal occupancy. During busy hours you can call to reserve a table or choose to wait a little longer. They also provide take away, but so far no deliveries.
