To all Frontliners, Staffs, Volunteers, Doctors, Rela Officers, Health Officers and those whom had involved in the Vaccination Process- YOU HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB, GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU. 🙏🙏🙏
Many had posted negatively and made numerous complaints about the Vaccination Programme held here but I had experienced the best and well organised SOP as well as procedures implemented by all the frontliners and staffs. Senior Citizens having walking difficulties and OKU were given wheelchairs to use, just approach the Rela Officers. Sadly and shamefully, there are some middle aged people trying to jump queues infront of Seniors Citizens and OKU. Be there half an hour early but not too early to jammed up the entrance, you may not be allowed to enter the convention hall. Anyhow, if you're well prepared with all the relevant documentations, you'll help speed up the registration processes:-
Scan and update your Mysejahtera while you're there.
Print 2 sets and fill your particulars on the Letters of Consent in advance. Queue up to get a que number and you'll be guided to the respective waiting sections according to your appointment time.
Show your IC, appointment details and updated Mysejahtera to the registration counter. Sign and endorse Letter of Consent.
A doctor will explains in details of the vaccination process, side effects and ask some simple questions regarding your health. Sign and endorse Letter of Consent.
Guided to the Vaccination Booth. Nurse check and endorse Letter of Consent than doctor will administer the vaccine jab. Scan the barcode at the booth after the vaccination process.
Guided to waiting area, officer collect your Letter of Consent, wait for 15 minutes for any sign of side effects. After the waiting period, you'll be attended by an officer, check your condition and explains in details of the after side effects. A card is given with new appointment date for the 2nd. vaccination dose and on the back of the card indicated symptoms which needs immediate hospitalization.
You may leave.
Repeat the same process for your 2nd. Dose and don't lose the...

Very well organised and pleasant experience. Total time was slightly over 40 mins from the moment you reach the first lane. Vax process below, parking tips at the bottom:
Update your MySejahtera C19 Profile to the SAME DAY you are getting the vaccine and show it to the Rela officers. Bring your own clipboard or hard surface to write on if you're getting your first dose. English version is on the back of the consent form. After your initial registration there's almost no time to relax - we were moved quickly from stations 3 (consultation) - 5 (observation). PLEASE PLEASE double check the syringe both BEFORE and AFTER. Is also for your peace of mind. The volunteer in the booth will help you take the QR pic so you may want to bring alcohol wipes for your phone. They will give you your vaccine card before you go to the observation station. The Free Parking Code will be displayed here (redeemable in the Pals for Life Sunway app). After 10-15 minutes depending on your risk level, you can go. I think those in higher risk will need to wait at least 20-30 mins, so plan accordingly.
You can be there one hour ahead of your vaccine time and they will let you in as long as there's not too long a line. I'm not sure if they will allow people accompanying dependents - I didn't see any pairs yesterday, but there's wheelchair assistance for those who need it.
Parking is ticketless - they will automatically check your car plate number. Use the Pals for Life app to redeem free parking.
If you're driving someone, go straight to CP5 and above after 1pm. Most of CP 3 is reserved for pickups and drop offs. CP4 is the most packed. CP5 tends to have quite a lot of parking close by...
Read moreWe were excited when we reached the venue expecting to savour a few Free F&B Tester during this "Tastefully Expo 14-16 May", unfortunately rather disappointing.
We came across 2 "Health Feet" kiosks, one kiosk was pushing very hard for sales and baiting customers when suddenly, an elderly lady worker pulled my hand & uttered, "Ayohhhhh ... your feet! Terrible ohhh! Look at your bone! Tskk tskk tskkk!" I stopped, glared hard at her, shook my head, shook off my hand from her & said, "Excuse me, don't touch me! Is this how you talk to customers??!!" Shook my head again and walked off! What an insult and rude approach for a start! No wonder Everyone avoided that kiosk! 🙄😏😤
Seems like each kiosk were selling some quick snacks: cheese hotdogs🧀🌭 yoghurts 🥛🍦Apple strudel🍎🥖 health drinks🧃🥤 health products, chocolates🍫 biscuits🍪 plant-based burger/satay 🍔🥪 Korean soju🥃🍶 citronella car fragrant🏺to Insurance and travel gateway!✈️🏯 The event looks BIG but we managed to cover the whole area within 45 mins. Unlike those Expos in Singapore & Hong Kong, they took about 1-2 days to actually complete the whole F&B tour and massively HUGE and much more well organised and executed compared to Sunway's. Almost like a normal outdoorsy kiosks event.😏 Even the goodie bags ran out when we reached there during noon on the first day!🙀
Anyways, one could get hold of a few imported snacks/chocolates which was considered cheap on the last day of the event as prices were marked down even lower! Just a mediocre event to boost the clearance sales of some almost expiring...
