If i had the option to give negative stars, I would give this place an infinite amount without hesitation. This is by far the worst service that I have received at any service establishment that I have been to in Malaysia. The mushroom soup was cold as ice as if it was prepared in antartica. The mac and cheese which initially was quoted a 10/15 minute preparation time ended up not coming and we were asked if we could change it with spaghetti instead as the mac and cheese now was quoted to have 30 minute preparation time. Is this the first time the kitchen is cooking this dish? Are you not aware of how long a dish needs to be prepared or is it just plain outright laziness? Speaking about laziness, the tables that were left by previous customers were not cleaned in time which shows the subpar level of basic cleanliness this place potrays. The staff was also busy chatting away and when asked about the order, they seemed not to be aware of what the customer even ordered. Received a refund in the end for the mac and cheese but nothing monitary wise can compare with the utter dissapointment felt today. Customers are the key to any business and not being able to handle them wtih care and respect will lead to a steady downfall. This fully vegan place is amazing on so many levels. Nice modern aesthetic and really good quality food. It's rare for me to recommend it even highly recommend so many things from a single place, but here we are...

The spicy fried chicken sando was deliciously spicy and had a good amount of complementary mayo. I highly recommend the beef one too, a lot of non vegan say it tastes like the real thing. There are only two vegan sandos in KL, and although the other is more original, this one just tastes better, despite having a regular green rebel patty! Highly recommend

I love their new breakfast menu. The big breakfast is uncomplicated with tasty mayo and tofu scramble

The doughnut was on par with the very best vegan ones I've had. And I've had a lot! Super soft and the right amount of oil / sugar. Do recommend as well

I also recommend the black forest cake they now have, it's soft and has plenty of cream

The signature banana loaf... That's actually the best I've ever had. The simple yet perfect combo of banana, chocolate and walnut is just so well made. Super soft and fresh 🤩 Highly recommend too

I have to recommend the cheesy mushroom Danish too, the pastries they have here are fantastic, and the cheese is surprisingly good, can't wait to come back and try more!
