I came here before few times, overall food & experiences are still acceptable.

Today i came here for tea break and just want a taste of CENDOL but the CENDOL gave me a total shock, after growing up with CENDOL for 40+ years...

Refer picture. When the CENDOL was served and soonest the waiter put on the table in front of me, I just observed the GREEN CENDOL on top sinking by itself and everything just disappeared in less than 2 mins...I try to scoop and only WATERY...the total collapse is exactly like the recent earthquake video happened to Bangkok Building... 😱

I showed it to the waiter and he just smiled at me and he is pretty polite to say "let me check and ask the boss if can change". But I told him, if it is also going to be like that, it's not a matter of changing the CENDOL because it will still be the same outcome. This may actually caused by 2 situations. The portion of ice being grinded may be too little and the ice ball was not solidified or being firmed up. so it melted very very fast before you got a chance to taste.

After the waiter checked with his "boss" and he came back to me that "I'm so sorry but my boss said cannot change". Well i say it is okay because it will still be the same. Thank you for checking for me.

Actually this is just a penny RM7.90 CENDOL which don't deserve my effort to make any posting here. But I decided to post because the actual problem from this CENDOL case is about THE SERVICE ATTITUDE FROM THE BOSS (actually i also not sure if he is the boss or just a supervisory staff). The waiter already told him the situation and he didn't even come and check what is going wrong to CENDOL and say some word to pacify customer (at least pretend to layan layan) BUT asking his staff to interface with me and say CANNOT CHANGE. Pitty those staffs working for this old-school boss mgmt style. Apparently, this kopitiam shop doesn't care much on any improvement or feedback to make their food better. They don't even CARE TO SEE what happen !

There are so many great food in Klang Valley and so competitive nowadays. Businessmen spent so much on social media ads but this shop pay for shop & brand damage just because of SERVICE ATTITUDE !

Before I post, so happen to see similar feedback from other customer about CENDOL...Well...I should have read the review before I choose to come here for CENDOL ! So actually CENDOL is a known issue here ! 😂🤣

** Note: I actually only order CENDOL and when I made payment and when the boss punch in the POS system, he asked me - do you want the cendol to be served now or later? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Everything spelled when heart and body is not aligned !

Today is Libra Full Moon and everywhere and most phenomena relates to shift and collapse,...

Came here twice , 1st time sat on ground floor was pretty warm 🥵 and asked the PIC can turn on another air-conditioning or not , sat there for an hour sweating 😅 while eating , very unpleasant visit , so I gave it another try went 2nd time still same this time was at 2nd floor ...abit disappointed ☹️

Maybe is the open area roof ...

1st round I came the hand-made noodle was crumble more like they prepared and put into fridge ... As you can see from the picture .it was ok 2nd visit .

The bread is very crispy , but it's very sad 😢 the butter and kaya seem like not enough , maybe for me.

The drinks is not like what it wrote on their history in their business for 2x years experience... Seem abit bland on their coffee ... Maybe is me again . Ordered the 3 layer tea , no tea smell , syrup was more like brown sugar mix with corn syrup ... Look like drinking dilute water with tea taste .

Service here is more or less people don't seem well train , like eggs serve they didn't gave soy sauce and pepper ...yet our foods almost finish drinks only start serving .staff is a lot but it seem not well train .

To be fair the 1st round I came on lunch time and the 2nd time I came on the after lunch time around 2pm ... Service still more or less the same as 1st time I visit , alot of staff I repeat .

Really hope they could improved , saw theirs owner spend so much on the layout .

really wasted ... Between the 1st visit and 2nd visit it's around between 3...

Sin Tong Hong Kopitiam appears to be a spot that blends traditional coffee shop charm with a focus on distinct, signature dishes.

The star of the menu is the Signature Handmade Noodles with Dry Chicken Curry. The emphasis on "handmade" suggests a commitment to quality and texture in their noodles, while the "dry chicken curry" component points towards a flavorful, perhaps rich, sauce coating the noodles, offering a potentially unique take on a classic dish.

The Hainan Toast with Kaya Butter is listed, a quintessential kopitiam offering that brings together crispy toast, sweet kaya jam, and a slab of butter a simple yet satisfying combination.

Their Signature Authentic Popiah indicates a dedication to traditional preparation for this fresh spring roll, while the Signature Cucur Udang (prawn fritters) promises a popular crispy street food snack, elevated to a signature standard.

To complement the food, Kopi Ais (iced coffee) the perfect cooling beverage to enjoy alongside the rich flavors of the food or to provide that classic kopitiam caffeine kick.

The kopitiam offers a pleasant setting, perhaps retaining traditional elements or featuring a thoughtful design that enhances the dining experience.

Order and pay first before dine in. This straightforward system ensures efficiency. Potential visitors should also be aware of the parking situation: Street side parking at...
