I came here before few times, overall food & experiences are still acceptable.
Today i came here for tea break and just want a taste of CENDOL but the CENDOL gave me a total shock, after growing up with CENDOL for 40+ years...
Refer picture. When the CENDOL was served and soonest the waiter put on the table in front of me, I just observed the GREEN CENDOL on top sinking by itself and everything just disappeared in less than 2 mins...I try to scoop and only WATERY...the total collapse is exactly like the recent earthquake video happened to Bangkok Building... š±
I showed it to the waiter and he just smiled at me and he is pretty polite to say "let me check and ask the boss if can change". But I told him, if it is also going to be like that, it's not a matter of changing the CENDOL because it will still be the same outcome. This may actually caused by 2 situations. The portion of ice being grinded may be too little and the ice ball was not solidified or being firmed up. so it melted very very fast before you got a chance to taste.
After the waiter checked with his "boss" and he came back to me that "I'm so sorry but my boss said cannot change". Well i say it is okay because it will still be the same. Thank you for checking for me.
Actually this is just a penny RM7.90 CENDOL which don't deserve my effort to make any posting here. But I decided to post because the actual problem from this CENDOL case is about THE SERVICE ATTITUDE FROM THE BOSS (actually i also not sure if he is the boss or just a supervisory staff). The waiter already told him the situation and he didn't even come and check what is going wrong to CENDOL and say some word to pacify customer (at least pretend to layan layan) BUT asking his staff to interface with me and say CANNOT CHANGE. Pitty those staffs working for this old-school boss mgmt style. Apparently, this kopitiam shop doesn't care much on any improvement or feedback to make their food better. They don't even CARE TO SEE what happen !
There are so many great food in Klang Valley and so competitive nowadays. Businessmen spent so much on social media ads but this shop pay for shop & brand damage just because of SERVICE ATTITUDE !
Before I post, so happen to see similar feedback from other customer about CENDOL...Well...I should have read the review before I choose to come here for CENDOL ! So actually CENDOL is a known issue here ! šš¤£
** Note: I actually only order CENDOL and when I made payment and when the boss punch in the POS system, he asked me - do you want the cendol to be served now or later? š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£
Everything spelled when heart and body is not aligned !
Today is Libra Full Moon and everywhere and most phenomena relates to shift and collapse,...

The drinks is not like what it wrote on their history in their business for 2x years experience... Seem abit bland on their coffee ... Maybe is me again . Ordered the 3 layer tea , no tea smell , syrup was more like brown sugar mix with corn syrup ... Look like drinking dilute water with tea taste .
