Boarded my dog here. Service is acceptable. The shop looks nice. Fed and groomed my dog clean clean smell good. Sent an update photo of our dog when I'm on vacation. But customer service is terrible. During check in, I asked to see my dog before I leave but they wont allow me to see where they put my dog, they offer to bring it out again instead. When I'm there for check out, they request for payment to be made before they're willing to bring my dog out. Finally, checked in Friday 10am, checked out Monday 10am and they charged me 4 days. When arguing, they blame me say they told me during check in, but how do I know we have different definitions of "per day" when they didn't clarify. It's 3 days if you count the hours but 4 days if you count the days. Frustrating and ruined my mood. No second...

My beloved dog passed away after being boarded at this pet shop. The owner only said “sorry,” admitting they didn’t take proper care of my dog. The entire place lacks transparency — it feels secretive and closed-off. Please think twice before entrusting your precious dog to this shop. Once your pet goes in, it may be very difficult to come out safely.
