Johnny is one of our family favourite place to dine in. but not anymore.
At first, Everything looks good. And the Order arrives in proper step. Then Missing items of order started to be seen and 2 of my family dish is disappointing. It looks like the food is from a leftover food. Unfortunately we didn't get to take photos about that dish. To angry to snap photos.
Now for my order, I've waited for 30 minutes while my family about to finish their dish. Asked the staff about it, they said they'll check. Waited again for 15 minutes. Nothing appears. My bro-in-law asked again, they said "we didn't cooked your orders YET" following the turn they said.!! THIS MISTAKE IS YOUR MISTAKE NOT MINE. WHY YOU NEED TO TAKE MY ORDER AS FOLLOWING TURN ?? YOUR STAFF MISTAKE AND I GOT MY ORDERS LATE , IS THAT MY PROBLEM !!!?? WAITED FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES, THE ORDERS I RECEIVED IS A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! THE FOOD IS A DISAPPOINTMENT. COMPARE THE PHOTOS AND THE FOOD I RECEIVED. THERE'S NO VEGETABLE AND THE MEAT IS HARD TO CHEW. IS THAT WHAT I SHOULD BARE ?? PAYING RM 14.42 PLUS PLAIN RICE RM 1.89. JUST TO EAT THAT ?? AND MY WAITING TIME IS FOR THAT !!!!!
THIS KIND OF RESTAURANT HAVE TO PROVIDE BEST SERVICES AND QUALITY. IF THIS IS THE SERVICES AND THE QUALITY I RECEIVED, IT WASN'T WORTH IT.
I KNOW YOU WONT CARE ABOUT THESE REVIEWS AS LONG AS YOU GOT CUSTOMER COMING IN. SO MARK MY WORD, YOU DO THIS AGAIN AND WON'T IMPROVES YOUR FOOD QUALITY AND YOUR SERVICES, YOU'LL LOSE CUSTOMER ONE BY ONE.

In this Fasting time (Ramadhan), in order to book a table to open our fast, why should we be told to do a 'walk-in reservation' instead of on the phone? The purpose of a booking/reservation is to conveniently help the customer to assign their designated table in a selected time. A family walked in today to book a service and they've been told that it is fully booked. Is the management here dont know how to do their work or is he/she really slow-minded? Wouldnt it be better if it is been told on the phone that it is fully booked to allow other families to search for other restaurants? Or are you that selfish to not lose customer by giving them hope to book but instead letting them down by saying "Oh sorry, it is fully booked" which i doubt it is a not a sincere apology.
Please fix your internal issue here within the organisation operations. And if the manager cannot provide the necessary skill to be a manager, fire him/her and hire a much professional manager....

I had a really good dining experience at Johnny’s Restaurant in Alamanda, Putrajaya. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly.
We tried the rice with chicken and vegetables, which was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with spices. The tomyam soup that came along was very tasty and comforting. The bbq beef rice was also excellent – the meat was tender, juicy, and topped with a delicious savory sauce.
The portion sizes were generous and worth the price. Drinks were refreshing, especially the lime juice which went well with the meal.
The staff were friendly and the service was fast. The restaurant has a clean and cozy environment, making it a great place for casual dining. Definitely recommend Johnny’s for anyone looking for good food...
