I also used to work in the food and beverages department but my manager taught us to put a smile. If your staff work in-front of the counter with a stressed face, treat customers like a s#it face and look customer up and down do you think the customers will come again? There are a lot of customers lined up, after that they will open the next counters and then show a face without a smile? If I could give a negative rating, I would give a negative rating for unfriendly service. compared to 4fingers in ioi putrajaya the employees are very friendly compared to 4fingers in tawau.
