First time organize dinner party at the restaurant on this CNY 🧧 (buffet style with 4 meals plus one noodle and one fried rice). We have ordered 70 pax but my guest up around 90 people. This is more like family dinner so there are many old man and kids. Also I think the 70 Pax foods quantity should be enough to serve all my guest. However, before dinner start I notice all the foods serving portion is very small so I went check with the captain, then the lady captian say no worry as later they will top up when foods almost finished. Ok, dinner start. As usual ladies first and 50% of my guest are women. Then the nightmare come 😱, only after 80% of my guest have taken their foods then I notice all the meal’s container are empty already except for some noodle and fried rice only. I quickly check with the lady captain and she told me all foods already top up😰. Don’t u belief the 70 pax foods can finished during the first round and not even all the guest have taken their foods. Even the rice and noodle finished too at the end. I force to order extra foods with at least 15-20 pax more. All the foods are finished too. As I can all their foods serving portion is dame small with my own eye. I rate them one star because I feel like the restaurant is cheating us. I belief their serving is more like to 40-50 ppl only. I have never come across buffet style dinner can finished all foods for the first round and not all guest have taken their foods yet. 🤦🏻 The good thing is the captain is like nothing and not feel of sorry for the foods serving and her staff service for monitoring the foods. 😧 I know during the CNY there are many customers in the restaurant too. But if they cant commit and serve our dinner properly then don’t take our order. Now the restaurant has make our family shame😓, most of our guest are 50% full only. So, my advice to all of want to make buffet dinner in this restaurant better take note and negotiate with them properly. Ensure all foods are enough...

I had visited this restaurant yesterday night to celebrate a distant relative's wedding(pictured). The food(pictured) was great but what was exceptionably and deservedly commendable was the service. I had misplaced my earbud (pictured) that night and went back to the restaurant in hopes to reclaim it. They have done well with updating their contact number on their facebook page so I could get ahold of their staff. Even though it was the restaurant's off day, their Captain "Fong" came all the way back in the wee hours of the morning to come open the doors (pictured) so that i could look for it. At first we did not know where it was and Captain assisted my search by highlighting areas that it would likely be put with her knowledge of the restaurant's setting. Luckily my mispalced item had been safekept somewhere after being found by a staff the night before and Captain was able to pinpoint where it was safekept. I am very grateful for the customer service that was demonstrated to me throughout this stressful ordeal and gifted the captain a tip to show her my gratitude for her assistance. Thank you...

Had dinner for 2 here, it was excellent services by the staff . Food ordered came very fast. Soup is tasty with plenty of sharkfins and crabmeat , crispy fry bitter gourd with salted and butter prawns are deliclious. Slices of baramundi meat well stir fried with young ginger & shallot. Only the kung po conch is a little too overcooked ,texture is rubbery for our liking.
