Do not go to this restaurant. There aren’t many customers, but the service is extremely slow. We only ordered two items from the menu, Sayur Manis and tofu. After 25 minutes, they brought the Sayur Manis and white rice, but the tofu didn’t arrive. We waited another 20 minutes for the tofu after receiving the Sayur Manis. There weren’t even many customers. The same happened with our Kelapa Pandan, which took almost 30 minutes to arrive. What the heck? I spoke to the staff, and they were very professional, apologizing sincerely. I guess the problem is with the kitchen. Is the captain or supervisor sleeping? They’re getting paid for nothing. This is a management problem. To make things worse, I ordered Japanese tofu, but they brought regular tofu. 😩 I asked the staff to double-check the tofu order he took earlier, and it was written as Japanese tofu. This place does not welcome its visitors. It was not full when we sat down. All the staff pretended that we are invisible despite us raising hands repeatedly asking to order. One waiter who gestured us to wait then tried to enlist his colleague's help to take the order from us. The young chap just happily carried on lining the rubbish bin. He didn't give a toss about us.
